Much of the work that goes into making a business successful happens behind the scenes. In Brad Godfrey's case, his role at Harvest Growth is literally behind the scenes as he is the one directing them. His official title is TV Director/Editor, but in this week's #MeetTeamHG post you'll learn that Brad wears many hats in and outside of work including husband of 13 years, father of 2 cute kiddos, adventurous outdoorsman, and modest perfectionist.
How long have you been in the video production industry?
20 years and counting. 5 of which have been with Harvest Growth.
What advice would you give yourself if you could go back to Day 1 of your career?
I would love to go back in time, but honestly, I wouldn't give myself any extra advice because everything I have learned over the years got me to where I am today. I wouldn't change any of that for the world.
Where did you grow up? I am a military brat, so I grew up all over. I would say I spent most of my grade school years in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Of all the places I lived, Colorado was the best move by far.
Which celebrity do you get mistaken for?
I don't normally get recognized, but if I did it I would hope it would Paul Walker.
Favorite recent brand experience?
Color Grading Central released a product called Color Finale that I have been over the top about. It's a color correcting software that has revamped my workflow and improved overall production value.

Least favorite chore? I can't stand putting away leftovers. I don't mind cleaning up after dinner, but for some reason packing up the leftovers gets to me.
If you could go to any concert (dead or alive), who would it be?
Rage Against The Machine, Nirvana, and Green Day in that order.

What would you do if you won $1,000,000?
Buy open land and move out of the city.
